Miss April's Preschool

Miss April/ Aunt April was brave enough to take on preschool this year in her home. She did such a great job and the children loved it! She is a natural when it comes to children. They adore her. (teenagers too) She taught them letters, sounds, numbers, shapes, colors, lots of cute songs, art, how to get along with each other, take turns, share, raise hands, etc. etc.  Annalisa recited her preschool rules at home. Be nice, be safe, be a good listener...

These pictures are of her afternoon class. (She taught the younger children in the morning.) I know they were a challenge. The three cousins together are quite a handful even without other children, but she managed them wonderfully. They love their teacher and aunt. Thanks for your patience and love April! Somehow you can pull off these amazing feats and still have a clean house and a delicious dinner on the table. You are Superwoman.

So much fun to be around April!

                                                   A boa constrictor,
                                                   A boa constrictor,
I'm being eaten by a boa constrictor,
                                                   And I don't like it--one bit.
                                                  Well, what do you know?
                                                  It's nibblin' my toe.
                                                  Oh, gee,
                                                   It's up to my knee.
                                                  Oh my,
                                                  It's up to my thigh.
                                                  Oh, fiddle,
                                                   It's up to my middle.
                                                  Oh, heck,
                                                  It's up to my neck.
                                                   Oh, dread,
                                                  It's upmmmmmmmmmmffffffffff . . .”

They loved this so much! They didn't want to move on to any other activity.
